8. The efficacy and safety of using these eye drops for more than 6 months have not been studied. Mydriasis may occur; avoid riding a bicycle, driving, or operating machinery until your pupils return to normal. Wear sunglasses when necessary to avoid looking directly into bright light. If you have eyelid inflammation (such as swelling or redness), wait until the symptoms subside before using this product.
9. Cardiovascular disorders: Fluctuations in blood pressure and pulse rate may worsen symptoms. Angle-closure glaucoma: May trigger an acute attack. Administer to pregnant women only if the benefits outweigh the risks. Use during breastfeeding requires careful consideration (oral administration in rats has been shown to result in transfer into breast milk). No clinical trials have been conducted in children.
10.2 Precautions for Concomitant Use MAO inhibitors (selegiline, rasagiline, safinamide, etc.): May cause a sudden rise in blood pressure. Antihypertensive medications: The blood pressure-lowering effect may be enhanced. Cardiac glycosides (digoxin, etc.): The effect of increasing blood pressure or heart rate may be enhanced.
11.2 Itching of the eyelids (less than 1%). Frequency unknown: conjunctival hyperemia, punctate keratitis, blurred vision, conjunctival edema, eyelid eczema, visual disturbances; increased blood pressure, decreased heart rate.
13. Excess Accidental ingestion may cause gastrointestinal, respiratory, cardiac, and consciousness disturbances. Overseas reports of accidental ingestion of imidazoline-containing eye drops by children include symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, tachycardia/bradycardia, decreased respiration, hypotension/hypertension, mydriasis, coma, and hypothermia.
20. After opening the aluminum foil packaging, place the product in a light-proof bag and use within 3 months at room temperature; if stored at 2–8°C, use within 1 year.
Domestic Phase III: Change from baseline in MRD-1 14 days after administration (2 hours after morning instillation): 1.09 ± 0.07 mm for the test drug and 0.50 ± 0.07 mm for the placebo; the between-group difference was 0.59 mm (p<0.0001). In the once-daily treatment group of 112 patients, 1 patient (0.91 TP3T) experienced eyelid itching.
