Q: Why are the product prices so low? Is there any need to worry about quality issues or whether they are counterfeit?

Our company purchases products from manufacturers under the supervision of Japanese pharmacists and other professionals, so we do not handle counterfeit products or medicines and pharmaceuticals that differ in quality from those sold in Japan.

Can I also purchase pharmaceuticals that are not sold on the website?

Individual processing is currently not available. Our company regularly re-evaluates our products, and if you have any requests, please feel free to contact customer service, and we will do our best to meet your needs. However, please understand that certain pharmaceuticals may not be sold based on our discretion.

Does the product price include shipping?

Free shipping on orders of $300 or more.

Can I cancel or change my order?

No cancellations are accepted after payment, and the order contents cannot be changed or canceled.

Can I return or exchange items?

No returns, exchanges, or order cancellations are accepted. However, in the event of defective items or other issues inherent to the product, we will issue a full refund. In such cases, please contact us within one week of the item's arrival. *Since this is a personal export, if damage or staining occurs during shipping, please file a claim with the shipping company and contact customer service with the damage report provided by them. Our company is an export agency and does not issue receipts.
